Terms of Service Agreement
Welcome to Ink by Finch! These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
Ink by Finch is a registered business in Singapore that provides tattoo and piercing services. We offer various tattoo and piercing designs and techniques, and our experienced artists will work with you to create a unique and personalized design that suits your preferences. We also provide aftercare instructions to help you care for your tattoo or piercing.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue our services at any time, without prior notice. We may also change the prices of our services from time to time, but any changes will be communicated to you before your appointment.
Ink by Finch requires a deposit for every service booking made. The deposit amount may vary depending on the service booked, but will typically be a percentage of the total service cost. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the event that we are unable to fulfill the booking.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. If you fail to show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so if you are unable to give us 48 hours notice, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
In the event that you are unable to pay the remaining balance of your service cost after your appointment, we reserve the right to take legal action to recover the outstanding amount.
Ink by Finch takes great care to ensure that all of our services are provided safely and professionally. However, in the event that a customer claims damages resulting from our services, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
We may require you to sign a liability waiver before receiving our services, which acknowledges that you understand the risks associated with tattoos and piercings and release us from liability for any injuries or damages that may occur during or after the service.
All content on the Ink by Finch website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of InkbyFinch and is protected by Singapore and international copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without our prior written consent.
If you provide us with a design for your tattoo, you warrant that you own the copyright to the design or have obtained the necessary permissions to use the design, and you grant us a license to use the design for the purpose of creating your tattoo.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose personal information. By using our website or services, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
